Abbie, Bud and Zabe

My camera must be wondering what is going on.  I have not used the thing in like...forever.  Poor thing.  I mean what kind of mother am I? How is Zabe suppose to remember these past few weeks days? Lol. 

I can't believe it's Friday tomorrow.  Already!!  We have had a very busy  week.  On Monday mom, Zabe and I went to Ann's School and had pedicures, then out to PF Chang's for supper with Ann and Shell. MMMM... Tuesday, I had a lot of hair so Zabe went and had a slumber party at Grandma and Grandpa Flom's.  I had to work at the school on Wednesday so he spent the night.  For a while Tuesday night I was home alone and I tell you what, that's really  weird.  It has been a while since that has happened.  Pretty quiet.  Bud was working late.  Things went well I guess for the grandparents and Z.  This morning Zabe and I did some laundry and picking up, then there was hair to be done so we did that all afternoon/evening.  He is such a good boy when I am in the salon.  He took a good 2 hour nap so that always helps.  I was just finishing up my first color and cut and all of a sudden the power went out.  Mind you it's not raining out, snowing, hailing, nothing.  So the first thing that came to my mind was, "Did I forget to pay the bill?" Seriously.  Then the thought of "what if" that really did happen.  I can't call anyone else and ask them, how embarrassing.  So I called Xcel Energy and they said it was going to be out for 4 hours. Ahhhh, needless to say it came back on in 2 hours. I HAD paid the bills and I got everyone's hair done. Yeah.

We are headed up to Em and Johns this weekend in Hibbing.  So excited.  We have not been up there yet with Zabe and now that I think of it this is the longest road trip he has been on.  Hmm, weird.  Wonder why I haven't thought of that yet?  I am sure he will be fine. 

I am signing off for the day.  I am exhausted.  Time to hit the hay.  Be ready for some good picts on Monday. 

P.S.  Bud has pretty much finished planting the garden.  Last night he had his truck pulled up to the garden shining the headlights on it so he could finish. DEDICATED!!!  He loves it out there.
